CAPC supports projects aimed at developing business and e-commerce skills of (potential) entrepreneurs from vulnerable groups (refugees, armed conflicts survivors, people with disabilities, former prisoners, young and female entrepreneurs etc ) be enable their production and selling of products and services at the local, national and international e-commerce markets. Entrepreneurs from vulnerable groups usually have limited opportunities in the traditional economic system.  E-commerce opens national and international markets to them, thereby improving their economic well-being quickly and at a low cost.
